The condo is entirely outfitted with striking coastal decor throughout. The living area features laminate floor, comfortable furnishings, a intelligent TV, and access to the back deck through sliding doors. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A dedicated workspace is located on the second-floor landing for remote work convenience. Each main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while a full bathroom is located downstairs for the bunk room. The unique bunk space features a playful nautical theme that is ideal for kids. • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
