1400 sq ft of living space. The Villa is located in a generously wooded area; that contains a pool and a pond with a fountain. It has 2 patios: to relax and appreciate the view. The upstairs patio can be accessed by both bedrooms so you can sit outside to savor your morning coffee or tea. The property is located near Coligny Plaza and beach; and is a 3 min. drive to Sea Pines gate where you can shop, dine or simply relax on the beach. The beach is a short walk or bicycle ride from the Villa. The Villa has cable, Apple TV and internet and is supplied with the amenities of home.

About the Area

This villa is located in South Forest Beach, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, and is next to a golf course and near the beach. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and North Beach. The Sandbox and Lawton Stables are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, parasailing, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
