Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

• June, July, and August are high season in Hilton Head. To book the best rental within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Lock your rental while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
• Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great ratings to compel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
