After a day of exploring the island, relax in your comfortable villa at Marriott's SurfWatch®. This invitingly cavernous villa provides ample living and dining space for the whole family or a group of friends. Appreciate all the amenities of home, including a completely equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and a washer and dryer. This Marriott two bedroom villa is really your vacation home away from home.

Unwind and refresh at the pools, including the Island’s Edge indoor pool and whirlpool spa; the High Tide pool with life-size tile turtles, whirlpool spa and splash deck with interactive fountains; and the Sea and Surf Club with rim-flow oceanfront pool, private cabanas and kids’s pool.

Stay active with the exercise center, plus savor shuffleboard and the sports court. Explore the boardwalk and lake path to discover the natural wonders of Hilton Head. Gas grilles, a fire pit with oyster-shucking tables and picnic tables make for great family get-togethers.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund.  Unavailable conveniences, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund.  This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.  

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty.  Photos are thought to be really representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to remodel, unavailable luxury, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter stringently between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Summer months are high season in Hilton Head. Reserve your Hilton Head vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
