There is a gas grille to prepare up meals for your friends and family!

The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite primary bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination. The second bedroom contains two double beds, HDTV, and an en-suite guest bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private deck, you will savor a nice outdoor dining with seating for six and two lounge chairs for chilling out. This Queens Grant villa is centrally located, providing very painless access to everything magnificent that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Pickleball courts, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and driving range, General Store and Alexanders Restaurant. The beach can be accessed by a 5-10 min. bicycle ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a seasonal (and complimentary) on-call shuttle service.
