The shared facilities on-site include a shared exercise facility, pool, hot tub, and sauna. When you have soaked up the sun and taken a dip in the ocean, rinse off the sand in the master bedroom's soaking tub. When the nighttime comes to an end, gather in the living area and watch a favorite movie or show on the flatscreen TV.

What's close by:
The location of this condo is simply ideal. Just a short walk away is George Fazio Golf Course for a day of friendly competition. The beach is accessible just past the pool area, so pack a picnic and make a day of watching the waves crash on the sand. Go just a bit farther south and you will find Coligny Beach Plaza with beach equipment units, local cuisine, and shopping galore! For the most breathtaking vistas of the island, rent a few bicycles and ride along the many miles of bicycle trails!

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and exercise center will remain open.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 cars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
