The complimentary Breeze Trolley will pick you up at the entrance to this community complex, and you can ride it to nearly any place on the island. Outdoor pool is seasonal and open April 1st-Oct31st with access from a spiral staircase at the back of the unit
Guests will have 2 hours of complimentary tennis court time on 10 outdoor tennis courts that can be booked each day at Van Der Meer Tennis Courts on Deallyon Ave. Guests are able to book 2 hours of complimentary court time per day. The courts are a 5-min. walk from the complex.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
