  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hilton Head area. To find the best rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Hilton Head restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
