Full Sweep 7 is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located in Palmetto Dunes which offers serene vistas of the lagoon! As you walk into the home, you will step into the light and inviting entry area where you are greeted by the formal dining room on your right and the cavernous living room just ahead of you and overlooks the back outdoor space, the pool and the backyard. The living room includes huge sectional couch, table and chairs for playing games, pub height bar area, fireplace that is decorative only, and a 46 inch flat screen TV.

The sizable, thoroughly-supplied kitchen is ideal for preparing daily meals and is located just off the living room. The eat-in kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with 4 bar-height stools for additional seating. There is access off the kitchen and living areas to get to the back outdoor space, the pool area and the backyard. There is a powder room off of this area and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The huge master bedroom includes a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, private access to the pool area and a generous private bathroom with double vanities, jetted garden tub, glass-enclosed walk-in shower and separate water closet.

The two guest bedrooms on the first level share a bathroom that has a glass-enclosed tub-shower combo. The first of the guest bedrooms has 2 twin beds and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV.

The second master is just a few steps up from the first level on the right side of the home, and has a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom with stand up shower. There is also a twin sleeper couch in this room.
Savor the sizable back outdoor space that leads down 6 steps on either side of the outdoor space to the pool outdoor space and lush backyard with a salt water private pool (pool heat additional price) and 3-burner gas grille. This home comes with two hours of COMPLIMENTARY tennis / pickleball daily at Palmetto Dunes Racquet Club and wireless internet access! Rent a kayak or canoe to savor the lagoon and rent bicycles to discover the many miles of bicycle paths!! (*Garage not accessible to visitors).

The beach is just a laid-back 10-12 min. walk or take the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Dune Buggy shuttle in season (April-September).

This home includes keyless entry which makes the check-in / check-out process direct and simple. No carrying keys to the beach!

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the peerless holiday possible! This unit has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outdoor temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note that there is a 7-nighttime minimum to heat the pool.

Parking Notes: Private driveway

Water Access: The beach is a 10 min. restful walk down a handsome pathway system among mossy oaks.
From the driveway, continue straight down Full Sweep until it forks with Port Tack. Stay straight on Port Tack (do not take the right of the fork) and follow down to the end where Port Tack meets with Mooring Buoy. The beach access path is directly across the street between Ketch and Junket streets.

5 day notification is mandatory in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD95 per day must be paid prior to check-in.


Damage Waiver: The total price of your reservation for this Unit includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Unit or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
