We are excited about your tour with us! Here are some tips for smooth adventures.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour so we can go over safety and airport regulations. Our tours have limited ability, so please ensure you are on time. If you are running late, your spot is not guaranteed, and there will be a $50 late fee for rescheduling if a spot is available. If a spot is not available, there will be NO REFUND.

All aircraft have weight restrictions, and our helicopters are no exception. We operate a Robinson-44, and the per-seat limit is 300 lbs, with a combined passenger weight limit of 600 lbs. Note: FAA regulations require that all passengers be weighed at check-in. Only the flight crew can access passenger weights; all information will be confidential.

Phones are restricted on the busy ramp but are welcome inside the helicopter for safety purposes. Pictures are available for purchase.

ALL TOURS ARE WEATHER PERMITTING. WE MAY EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER OR AIRPORT POLICIES.
