The beautiful kitchen features a sizable island with seating for three, extravagant quartz countertops, ample cabinet and pantry space, and everything you need to prepare a meal while appreciating unobstructed vistas to the back deck.

Warm, wood-tone luxury vinyl plank floors guide you to the dining area, with seating for six, and the cavernous family room includes a dry bar with a wine/drink refrigerator and a huge Intelligent TV above the electric fireplace. A wide sliding door opens to the back deck which seats six and overlooks lush low-country vegetation and a grassy area.

Upstairs comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, ample closet space, and flat-screen TVs. The roomy primary bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, skylights, a new Vaughn Bassett king-size bed with a back protector bed, and a enormous walk-in closet. The guest bedroom comfortably features 2 queen beds. New appliances are located in the second-floor laundry. Cable TV and high-speed internet are supplied.

Appreciate a short, 6-min. walk under a canopy of impressive trees along the path to Shipyard’s private beach access. Bicycle parking, private bathrooms, and outdoor showers are located at the beach access and lifeguards are present seasonally.
