This condo faces the courtyard at The Spa on Port Royal Sound, a beachfront property with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a exercise center, tennis and basketball courts, grilling and picnic areas, a playground, and a charming stretch of beach on Port Royal Sound. It's a great location on the north side of Hilton Head, right between Fish Haul Beach Park and Historic Mitchellville Freedom Park.

It's a breeze spending your days at the beach here, with an assortment of beach gear and toys supplied for your use. After a day of body boarding, swimming, and beachcombing, come home to toss your towels in the washer/dryer, relax for a bit in central AC, and relax on the screened balcony with a cold glass of sweet tea in hand.

• Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
