Beckenham 101 is a newly updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Port Royal Village. It is located on the first floor for painless access and is next to the pool. It has enchanting vistas of the relaxing lagoon and Barony Golf Course.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations:
The main bedroom is attractively decorated and features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bath with a modern glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features two queen beds, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a laundry center with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The light, bright villa has cavernous living areas and a balcony off the living room and both bedrooms for your enjoyment.

About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coastal Discovery Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.   • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
