We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in Vacation Rental By Owner total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

May, September, and even October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
• At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
