The villa has wood floors flowing throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely refreshed. This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a king size bed and a huge walk-in closet. Located upstairs, the guest bedroom features two twin beds and the loft has two additional twins.
Appreciate your private deck overlooking the George Fazio Golf Course with your own gas grille. There are many additional amenities for staying in this Palmetto Dunes Resort managed property including discounted golf and complimentary 2 hours court time daily of tennis and pickle ball.

Located in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, this villa is next to a golf course and near the beach. Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and George Fazio Golf Course. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
