This charmingly decorated 3 bedroom Hilton Head villa is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and steps away from the community pool.

This villa is freshly refreshed and features a entirely equipped kitchen, 50-inch HDTV in the living room, and seating for 7 in the dining room. The living room has access to the private patio. The Primary suite is located on the first floor featuring a king bed, a private bathroom and access to the private patio.

Two guest bedrooms are located on the second floors with impressive vistas of the community pool and tropical palms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The daybed is located in the additional room/den.
