This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is on the beach.   • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Lock your vacation home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • To make sure that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Contact the host right away to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a excellent time? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
