The deck has an outdoor dining table for four. Steps lead down from the deck to the pool with outdoor foot shower.
The kitchen features state-of-the-art, stainless steel appliances including double wall ovens and a professional style gas counter-top range. A huge and open dining/serving counter with four barstools connects the kitchen and the adjoining dining room.
The Bedroom 1 features TV/DVD, a sizable window with a pool view and a roomy private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 both feature TV/DVD. Up a half flight of stairs is the enormous, cathedral ceiling additional room, which is furnished as bedroom 4 and offers 4 Double Bunk beds with 2 Twin Trundles and a TV.
There is a generous driveway for off-road parking. This home is within short walking distance to the beach.
Pool heat is available (June 1st -October 1st) for an additional fee.
No family pets are allowed at this property.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and George Fazio Golf Course. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting.
