Welcome to SeaCrest Villa 1101! The SeaCrest Villas is an oceanfront resort located in the ideal location on Hilton Head Island, directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. Conveniently located on the first floor and just steps from the front entrance, this villa makes coming and going a snap. The villa is also a short walk to the pools and the beach. The open and comfortable living and dining area with its 10-person table will accommodate your entire group. Share sunsets and happy hours out on the two balconies offering lagoon and distant ocean vistas. On-site, this resort offers a impressive outdoor pool (heated March through April), a sizable, outdoor hot tub, and a handsome sun deck for gazing at dunes, sea oats and spectacular sunsets. The Seacrest complex also offers an indoor AquaTrainer resistance pool and hot tubs in the indoor exercise center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to reserve a Hilton Head rental & When to go:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.   • Lock your rental home while you are out. Keep your property safe!
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
