When it’s time for fine dining and retail therapy, discover close by favorites Main Street Village and Shelter Cove.

The living area includes ample plush seating, an array of board games, and a 55-inch TV. The completely equipped kitchen provides ample counter space to prepare meals and beach snacks. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the two dining tables with seating for eight. Find privacy in the suite, outfitted with a king bed, TV, and a private lagoon-facing balcony. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The private second suite has a queen bed, twin bed, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom contains a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the first floor adds convenience.

Savor a crisp drink on the spectacular back deck. Walk right down to the 13-acre lagoon, which offers catch-and-release fishing and is outfitted with bass, bluegill, and carp.

THINGS TO KNOW
A couch bed is supplied.
There are no elevators in the buildings.
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is on the waterfront. Palmetto Dunes Club and Barony Course at Port Royal Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum.
