This modren private home in North Forest Beach is roomy and appealing - it was freshly updated (March 2024) and everything has been brought up to date! Discover all new furnishings, new linens, all new paint, and pool furnishings.
The home features two sizable living areas, one with striking decorative tile through the main level and the other with handsome wood floors. A private pool and kiddie pool, an in-home elevator, TVs in every bedroom, and impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean make this home spectacular!
Head upstairs, and you'll find the cavernous, second-level living area with ample seating, a decorative fireplace, a enormous HDTV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, and wine cooler. It also has access to an upper-level ocean-view balcony with a gas grille.
On the main level, the bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. One of the upstairs bedrooms provides a handsome ocean view, and two have en suite bathrooms. One connects to the adjacent den, which has an upstairs laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW
The pool can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 6 cars.
5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Hilton Head vacation home experience:
Sticking to a spending plan:
- Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Book your Hilton Head vacation in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Look for your local Hilton Head visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guides contain coupons for local accommodations and attractions.
Make a plan and choose the right Hilton Head vacation home:
- Select your dates and spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Conveniently located, gorgeous home with private pool & elevator - walk to beach has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is generally available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property manager before reserving the rental. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or costs may be applied to your invoice.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your smartphone.
- Document any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if there is a dispute.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent quite a few problems.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would back home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a excellent stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
