Welcome to this 5th floor Windsor condominium! The Kitchen has quartz countertops and is entirely-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare for your family. There is Kitchen bar seating for two as well. The Kitchen looks out to the Dining and Living Areas. The Dining Area seats six comfortably. The Living Room is sizable with plenty comfortable seating, flat screen TV and slider access to your private balcony.

The Primary Bedroom contains a King bed, flat screen TV and its own access to a private balcony. The extravagant master bathroom featured a bespoke tiled walk in shower.

The Guest Bedroom features a king bed and en-suite Guest Bathroom with a combo shower/tub. There is a slider to access the shared balcony as well.

Outside on the huge private balcony is a dining table with ocean and community park vistas! The Beach is just a short ride down the elevator!

Located in Hilton Head Island, this villa is near the beach. Shoppers can check out Coligny Plaza, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Adventure Cove are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
