A completely-supplied kitchen, with all the accoutrements of home including a cutting-edge Culligan water filtration system, has been wonderfully refreshed with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room. A daylit dining area adjacent to the kitchen provides seating for six, while a kitchen bar hosts additional seating for two.

This bedroom has direct vistas to the ocean and is also elegantly updated with shiplap detail, new furnishings including a swing-king bed, a enormous sliding door to the main balcony, walk-in closet and Intelligent TV. A swing-king can be made into two twins upon request at the time of booking. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
