Welcome to the ideal home base for your next - or first - Hilton Head hideaway. With an unbeatable location in an oceanfront complex, it’ll be just mins. until you get your toes in the sand each morning. Even closer, the complex pool is just downstairs. When you want to discover, you’re surrounded by golf courses and only around a half-mile from the bustling Coligny Plaza area, with stores, dining, and other amenities. At home, start each day with coffee on your private balcony overlooking the pool, then slide open the French doors and step inside when it’s time for breakfast. Pop on your chef’s hat and wow the group with your favorite recipes prepared in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then grab a bite together at the adjacent dining table or breakfast bar.

After a day on the sand, cool off at home in the central AC while you relax with a bit of TV. Stream the latest release in the living room or watch TV in either bedroom if you can’t agree on a program. The complimentary WiFi and desk in the primary bedroom will come in handy if you’ve got any lingering remote work. Visit a local restaurant for dinner, then call it a nighttime in either well-appointed bedroom, but not before one last toast on the balcony to booking such a sweet Hilton Head escape.

Booking the best vacation home experience:

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the best value, consider changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guides contain coupons for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Selecting the perfect vacation home in the Hilton Head area:

  • Select a group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Comfortable condo in oceanfront complex with pool, balcony, & AC - snowbirds OK has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Hilton Head rentals search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally available on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the property manager before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property manager about pet restrictions before booking.

More tips for your visit:

  • We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Record any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if a dispute is filed.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent many problems.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
