This villa is located on the Fazio Golf Course on sunny Hilton Head Island, within painless reach of swimming pools, beaches, and Hilton Head Outfitters & Bicycle Units. A plethora of eateries are located within walking distance of your front door for a fast bite to eat as well. When you want to venture out a bit more, head over to Coligny Beach Park and spend an afternoon popping into local stores and eateries in between beach sessions just five miles away.

When to book & When to go:
- The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Booking your Hilton Head vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
- Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
