Located in the Bluff Villas at the Sea Pines Plantation, your third-floor cove-front perch features a newly painted and decorated interior as well as a private waterfront balcony. Walk 5 mins. to the beach or take the complimentary trolley to move about the area. Resort-style amenities include a beach club, as well as painless access to numerous stores and dining options throughout the Sea Pines resort.

After a day at the beach, settle into the living area, furnished with a plush sleeper couch and armchair. Kick back and watch a movie on the 55-inch cable TV. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. Craft a morning coffee using the Keurig machine. Due to future renovations in South Beach Village, the South Beach Marina Swimming Pool, owned and operated by South Beach Swimming Pool, Inc., will not be open for the 2024 pool season.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
