A covered deck area between the two pools offers shaded relief from the sun. Walk across the street for sun-kissed days on the sand at South Forest Beach, or walk to Coligny Shopping Plaza to discover unique stores and local eateries. Appreciate the area's natural beauty at Audubon Newhall Preserve, a three-mile trip from your rental. Golfers will savor being close to courses such as Shipyard Golf Club (3 miles) and Harbour Town Golf Links (5 miles).

Inside, two floors of freshly updated living space await. Highlights include a modern kitchen and an abundance of windows that allow for ample natural light. The sunlit living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and two armchairs. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the intelligent TV. The updated kitchen includes modern appliances and a helpful array of gadgets. You'll also find a convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels. When you're ready to eat, gather around the table in the dining area. Start vacation days with morning coffee on your private patio, outfitted with Adirondack chairs. In the evenings, BBQ tasty meals on the gas grille. Extra perks include central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Beach chairs are supplied in the rental.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
