Walk across the street for sun-kissed days on the sand at South Forest Beach, or walk to Coligny Shopping Plaza to discover unique stores and local eateries. Appreciate the area's natural beauty at Audubon Newhall Preserve, a three-mile trip from your rental. Golfers will savor being close to courses such as Shipyard Golf Club (3 miles) and Harbour Town Golf Links (5 miles).

Inside, two floors of freshly updated living space await. Highlights include a modern kitchen and an abundance of windows that allow for ample natural light. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
