Sensational, refreshed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, villa steps from Harbour Town. #2313 Racquet Club Villas is a ground floor unit that has been newly updated for a real beach feel to include new floor, new lighting, ceiling fans throughout the villa. Granite countertops in the kitchen, stone/quartz in new bathrooms. New stainless steel appliances . This unit is splendid and enormous! Come with your modest pet (20 lbs or less) a $75 pet fee is mandatory.

Sea Pines gate fee is roughly $24 for the week.

The living room has a sleeper couch and a flat screen, intelligent TV Wifi is available throughout the unit. Free Netflix available in living room and both bedrooms. All tv's are intelligent tv's so you may use your personal accounts to view Amazon, Hulu, etc. The guest bedroom has two, double beds with access to new, full bath. The master suite has a new king size bed with a new, private bath.

There is a "Pack n Play" (please bring your own sheet as none is supplied for the pack n play) , booster seat/high chair, and an umbrella stroller in the guest bedroom closet if you are traveling with a little one.

4 beach chairs in the unit for you to savor! The Beach Club and handsome beach is a five min. car ride or ten min. bicycle ride from the unit or take the trolley (stop is in front of the building). Please note there are new parking restrictions for the Beach Club. Parking is remote due to overcrowding, but a shuttle is included..

This unit is ideal for families or golf groups to walk to Harbour Town to appreciate The Sea Pines Racquet Club, Harbour Town Pool, Harbour Town Golf Links as well as the eateries, recreations and stores of Harbour Town. Younger children look forward to entertainment from Greg Russell or the Harbour Town playground on warm, summer nights.

In addition to the villa’s copious interior comforts, there are four well-maintained har-tru tennis courts (no reservation mandatory!) and a community swimming pool, both on-site at the Racquet Club Villas. Trip insurance is recommended as we stringently adhere to cancellation policies.
