This great first floor villa has been completely remodeled with plank tile floor, all new furnishings and decor and brand new kitchen and baths! The living room features a couch, over sized reading chair and a huge flat screen tv. The living room leads to an over sized screened in porch, the ideal place to put up your feet after a long day on the beach! The dining room seats six and flows gorgeously to the kitchen. The elegant new kitchen has four bar stools and all new appliances.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony, and a private bathroom with double vanity, huge shower and tub. The guest room has two queen beds, TV, access to the sizable screened in porch and a private bathroom with double vanity, large shower and tub.
This magnificent Hilton Head villa is just moments away from the gorgeous Palmetto Dunes beach, and worth every step of the way!

Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach. Legendary Golf and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Water tubing and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and cycling nearby.
