Booking Notes
Delivery
- Delivery to your resort/address by end of the day on the first day of your reservation.
- You will be emailed or text notification when the items are delivered along with lock combinations for bike rentals.
- Bike Rentals: At the end of the rental please leave the bikes/equipment where they were delivered. We begin to pick up bikes in the morning.
- Delivery times DO NOT correspond to the times shown on the screen when booking online.
- Delivery is only guaranteed by end of day on reservations made more than 24 hours in advance.
- Each day or a rental counts as 24 hours. For example if you have a 3 day rental and it starts on Sunday. The rental will end on Wednesday.
