Booking Requirements
You must be 25 years of age with valid ID to operate the boat rental!
- You will be charged a fee of $40.00 per hour if you don’t arrive back on time from sailing.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before sail time! Time will start and end according to contract.
- All boaters must watch a safety course video
- No captain is required
- A waiver for each guest is required
- $200.00 security HOLD is required 48hrs before booking. This will be refunded within 24 hrs *as long as boat is returned in original condition with no damages whatsoever!
- 50% of total cost is DUE at booking
- 50% of balance is charged 24hrs before sailing.
OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BOATING VIOLATIONS.

All guests must complete our safety waiver before their trip.

Damage Deposit
We require a $200 credit card hold for the duration of your rental. We reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred during your possession of the vessel. If damages exceed $200, we reserve the right to charge your card up to the cost of damages.
