Ocean Dunes 102 is a 1st floor, one bedroom; one bath condo that has been painted throughout. New updates have been made in the living area, adding a new queen sleeper couch and new tables. The master bedroom has a new king sized bed. There is travertine floor throughout the villa. The kitchen has granite counter tops, nice cabinetry and full sized appliances. There is a generously furnished balcony just off the living room that overlooks the Hilton Grande Ocean Oaks Resort.

Each villa in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service and access to the oceanfront heated swimming pool and picnic area.
The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool is open seven days a week all year long. The temperature is set at 82 degrees which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset daily.

The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property roughly 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park. Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grille and Starbucks.
