You'll have a private swimming pool on your fenced front patio, as well as an fantastic new (2024) back deck where you can grille, dine in the shade, and watch passing golfers negotiate the 18th green.

Enter through the front pool terrace, which is fenced for your privacy, and step inside to find an airy entryway with lofty ceilings, cool brick pavers, and a skylight to let in the sunshine. As you move throughout the home, you'll discover an open layout that's all on one floor and central air conditioning to keep you comfortable all summer. A two-sided fireplace separates the living room from the formal dining room, where sliding glass doors and a mirrored wall bring the beauty of the outdoors in. The adjacent kitchen has every essential appliance (from a French door refrigerator to a dishwasher), a pass-through window to the dining room, and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer.
