Devonshire 207 is a charmingly decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, second-floor villa appealingly located on the lagoon and golf course in the cozy complex of Devonshire at Port Royal Village. Savor the cavernous balconies and the splendid Low Country view. This villa has new upgrades and it is a great place to appreciate with your family and friends.

The main bedroom features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, balcony access, and a private en-suite bath that has a tub/shower combo.
The guest bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and access to both the covered balcony and the hall bathroom that features a tub/shower combo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
