Oceanfront villa just modernized, steps from the beach, sizable pool, and hot tub!

Pristine, comfortable condo lets you go to sleep to the sound of the waves. Scenic ocean vistas from every room and balcony. This oceanfront villa has two sides accessible through separate doors. The A side includes entirely equipped kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV and queen-size sleeper couch, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed. Flatscreen, vanity, and private bathroom with tiled, walk-in shower. The B side of the villa includes a guest bedroom with two full-size beds and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

On the ground floor, you’ll find many amenities, including a seasonally heated pool, plenty of lounge chairs, hot tub, and infant pool as well as outdoor grilles, exercise center, indoor pool, a picnic deck, and a private boardwalk to the beach. A short walk to the Fazio golf course and tennis courts.

The Villamare condo community is known for its luxuriant and gorgeously kept landscaping. Part of the Palmetto Dunes Plantation of Hilton Head Island, the development is walkable and has meandering bicycle paths as well. You’ll be mid-island, close to golf, tennis, pickleball, theater, and amazing eateries. Boutiques, cafes, bars, and nightclubs are all near Villamare.

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and exercise center will remain open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hilton Head area. To find the best value, try shifting your trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish which bed configuration is right for your group.
  • Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the host about your furry family members before booking.
  • If there's a specific Hilton Head beach you love, keep an eye out for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

  • Get the host's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Upon arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your life at home. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
