This Hilton Head vacation rental is a gorgeously modernized one-bedroom villa in South Forest Beach. From the balcony, there is a expansive view of the ocean and beachfront pool. Entering the villa, the bedroom is on the immediate right with a king bed and a flatscreen TV. Past the bedroom is the remodeled bathroom with bespoke vanity and countertop and a standalone shower.

Feel your own slice of beachfront heaven at this charming ocean-view condo in South Forest Beach - ideal for a girls trip or a charming hideaway. Located in Ocean Dunes, appreciate access to a shining heated pool, while all the action on the beach is mere steps away. You'll adore being located within walking distance of many stores and eateries of Coligny Plaza, a short walk up South Forest Beach.

Start vacation days with morning coffee on us while taking in the expansive view of the ocean and beachfront pool. This thoughtfully upgraded condo features a completely updated kitchen with all-new appliances and a center island, while the bathroom features a handsomely tiled standalone shower. In the evening, kick back and relax on the living room couch bed while watching favorite TV shows.

Beginning November 5, 2023, the elevator will be down for four weeks due to maintenance.
This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer; there are coin-operated facilities located on-site.
During the months of September - May, the complex may be performing varied maintenance work. Effects of this can include but are not limited to, additional noise, reduced parking, and construction zones. We will do our best to make all guests aware, but Vacasa does not always get notified of projects before they start. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Be a good neighbor. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to compel new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your experience find their best rental home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
