This two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway offers a comfortable calming environment to spend your vacation right on Hilton Head Island. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and plenty of cabinets and counter space. The living and dining areas are connected providing the ideal space to commune with family and guests whether you want to watch tv or sit and chat at the table over a delicious meal. The bright colors and open ambiance of the condo provide the ideal beach feel you will be looking for visiting on our gorgeous island. If at the end of the day you want to kick back and relax in the fresh Carolina on the outdoor balcony or go swimming in the community pool, you'll have plenty of options for tranquility! This condo has everything friends and family need to savor a anxiety-complimentary vacation! Additional amenities include two outdoor pools (modest and enormous pools), a community hot tub, tennis courts, and a game room with a Ping-Pong table.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Located near the beach, this villa is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island.   • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
