This charmingly modernized 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse overlooks the George Fazio golf course, one of the most desired courses to play in Palmetto Dunes. Upon entry, six steps lead to the gorgeously decorated open-concept living area. The sizable dining table offers seating for six and opens into the kitchen and living room, with broad golf course vistas. The first floor bedroom has a two twin beds, flat screen TV, and access to the hallway bathroom with shower/tub combination. This bathroom is located just to the right of the bedroom entry and was completely refreshed.

The freshly updated master is upstairs and has a king bed, TV (no cable), and remodeled on-suite bathroom with enormous walk in shower.
