There are also on-site private pools and recreational areas at both locations.
This charmingly redone 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse overlooks the George Fazio golf course, one of the most desired courses to play in Palmetto Dunes. Upon entry, six steps lead to the gorgeously adorned open-concept living area with huge 50" tv. The enormous dining table offers seating for six and opens into the kitchen and living room, with copious golf course vistas. The completely supplied kitchen is ideal for your holiday meals, overlooking the main living area, including you with a great space for everybody to spend time together! Unwind in this brilliant and sunny living room that includes a sleeper couch, loveseat, and chair as well as a flat screen TV and slider onto the balcony.
The first floor bedroom has a two twin beds, flat screen TV, and access to the hallway bathroom with shower/tub combination. This bathroom is located just to the right of the bedroom entry and was thoroughly remodeled.
