The primary bedroom features a King size bed, intelligent TV, a private balcony with two chairs, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a standalone shower, double sink vanity, and separate tub. The guest bedroom features 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin bed, and access to the main private balcony. The guest bathroom located just down the hallway includes a tub and shower combination.

The Hampton Place complex offers amenities such as a sizable pool and spa, lap pool, covered pavilion, boardwalk to the beach, grilling area, gazebo, and deck. In addition, a exercise facility and elevated observation sundeck!

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a huge-scale construction project from roughly 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
