This handsome first floor unit has spectacular water vistas and convenient entrance. As you enter this first floor condo you are greeted with striking vistas of Broad Creek! The windows not only offer the vistas but tons of light. The open plan living and dining flow seamlessly into the kitchen with bar seating. With the entire back side of the condo overlooking the water, there is not a place in the living space without a view! The bedroom has a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a sizable walk in shower. Shelter Cove Marina is only a couple of min. walk from the condo, with stores and eateries as well as all of the island festivals. Watch the tide roll in, dolphins jumping, and sail boats come in and out of the marina from this marvelous vacation home!
