Welcome! We want to ensure you're aware of our cancellation policy. If, in the future, you decide to cancel, kindly note that we require a 72 Hour notice for the cancellation to take effect. Feel free to reach out for any clarifications or assistance! 843-686-4386

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your ferry or activities departure time for check in. Check in at our floating office at the end of the long wooden pier.
When you turn onto Simmons Rd. you will make your first right to head into our parking lot. Then you will walk down the long wooden pier, at the end of the pier you will make a left and see our floating office with an Island Head sign on the side of the building. Check in here!

Boarding will start 15 minutes prior to your ferry departure time. The ferries will depart no later than their scheduled time. If you or your group miss your scheduled ferry there are no refunds or reschedules. Thank you for understanding

Remember to bring your confirmation email and ID in order to pick-up your tickets.
