description: Learn the basics of rowing. The camp utilizes 1-4 person shells (boats) and will teach participants basic sculling (2 oars per rower) technique. Each participant will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to row an individual rowing shell (single) on their own.
Please Note: Rowing is a sport. Participants must be capable of lifting 25+ lbs. and exerting themselves physically and cardio vascularly.

What to Wear: Please wear Close toed shoes, and comfortable clothes for on water activities and movement.
