You must be 21 years old or older with a Valid Drivers License to drive. Passengers must be 6 years up and older. NO EXCEPTIONS are made as this is an insurance requirement. Children cannot ride in front of the driver for safety reasons.

Yes, it is safe!

IS THIS ACTIVITY SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
Women who are pregnant should not participate.

CAN WE COME BACK TO THE DOCK TO SWAP RIDERS?
No, we do not return to the dock after we leave the dock until the end of the trip.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN RIDE ON ONE JET SKI/WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT?
Up to 2 people can ride on one jet ski. Maximum weight per jet ski is 425lbs.

I HAVE ONE ADULT AND ONE CHILD. HOW WILL WE BE SITUATED ON THE JET SKI?
Children ride on the back of the jet ski, never in the front. NO EXCEPTIONS

WHAT IF I FALL OFF THE JET SKI?
It happens! Our guides are trained to instruct you how to reboard the jet ski, however, you must be able to physically pull your body weight up.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A JET SKI RENTAL AND A JET SKI TOUR?
Jet ski rental will include riding out to an open riding area where you are free to zoom around within specified boundaries. Jet ski tour is a guided tour led by a guide while driving your jet ski through backwater creeks and sightseeing along the way.

CAN I TAKE MY PHONE?
We would advise not taking your phone aboard. If you do, you are assuming the risk of it getting lost, broken or wet.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE EQUIPMENT?
When participating in our activities, you are taking sole responsibility for the vessel and the liability of you and your passengers. We highly recommend purchasing our damage insurance when booking online to assist with any damage cost.
