We can’t wait to see you for your upcoming paint session. Here are a few important reminders to make sure you’re fully prepared:

What to Wear

• Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on , the paint we use can stain fabric.
• If you purchased the full body protective suits please note that they are paint-resistant. However, if a large amount of paint is used, it may seep through the seams and reach your clothes underneath.
• Closed-toe shoes are recommended (and may also get paint on them).
• We also recommend that individuals with longer hair bring a hair tie or some way to secure their hard out of their face.

Before You Arrive

• Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and prep.
• We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home.
• A waiver will need to be signed upon arrival if not signed when you booked.

Safety & Comfort

• We provide protective gear such as suits, goggles, and gloves.
• Please note: This activity may not be suitable for guests with sensitivities to paint or strong scents.
• For those who have ordered Paint suits or have chosen an activity that includes paint suits, please be aware that our normal suits are for heights up to 6ft and waists up to 47in. For those needing larger or taller suits, please email hello@colormegreenville.com so we can have those ready and provide a smoother experience for you!

Health and Safety Policy

At Color Me Greenville, the safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our top priorities. We are committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and hazard-free environment for all events and activities.

General Safety

• All guests must follow the instructions provided by CMG staff at all times.

• Guests should wear provided aprons or protective gear when participating in painting activities.

• Please keep personal belongings and food away from painting areas to avoid spills or accidents.

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Emergency Procedures

• In the event of an emergency, guests must follow the directions of CMG staff immediately.

• First aid supplies are available on-site

• If evacuation is necessary, guests must exit through the nearest marked exit calmly and promptly.

Health and Hygiene

• Guests who are ill or showing symptoms of contagious illness are asked to refrain from attending.

• Hand sanitizer and wash stations are available throughout the studio.

• All shared materials and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before and after each event.

Substance and Behavior Policy

• Alcohol consumption (if permitted) must comply with local regulations and studio rules.

• Smoking, vaping, or the use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited within studio premises.

• CMG maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

Staff Authority

CMG staff reserves the right to intervene, pause, or end an event early if unsafe behavior, damaged equipment, or health risks are observed.

In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Liability

By participating in Color Me Greenville activities, guests acknowledge that they are doing so at their own risk and agree to follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions.
