4:45–5:00 PM — Arrive, park, and find your spot by the fire.

5:00 PM — Bonfires are lit; grab hot dogs or s’mores from the café.

5:15 PM — Roast your weenies and settle in with a seasonal drink or BOGO ½-off beer.

5:30–8:00 PM — Enjoy live music by the water, relax by the fire, and launch boats or redeem rental discounts.

7:45 PM — Last call for food and beverage purchases.

8:00 PM — Event concludes and bonfires begin to roll down.
