Sixty percent of all adoption money goes directly to the scientists who are studying these magnificent mammals and helps fund interns studying these dolphins, boat fuel, and supplies needed for the Marine Sensory and Neurobiology Lab in the Coastal Ecology and Conservation Program at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. Thirty percent of adoption money goes to the Coastal Discovery Museum to fund our educational programs, exhibits, and provide scholarships for needy students. Ten percent of adoption money goes, gifts and other materials.

For $50 - adoptive “parents” will receive a Certificate of Adoption, a turtle souvenir, email updates throughout the
season, and a final summary report.

For $100.00 - adoptive “parents” will also receive a t-shirt from the adopt-a-dolphin program
