This home was taken down to the studs in 2022 for remodel. The completely revamped duplex has 2 entrances, 2 screened in porches, and 2 kitchens. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a screened porch with enough space to eat, lounge, or have your morning coffee while you listen to the sound of the waves crashing. The living rooms seamlessly blend with the kitchens for comfortable and chic open concept. Elegant floor and tasteful neutral tones throughout.
The home features four bedrooms, all well appointed with comfort in mind. Every bedroom features a Intelligent TV with access to YouTube TV and many more streaming apps. All beds and linens are brand new as of 2023.
Now, step outside into your own private heaven. The backyard centered around a shining pool that invites relaxation and enjoyment. The pool is 14 x 28 and includes a tanning ledge and fountain which is ideal for modest kids who are still learning how to swim. Located in the peaceful and historic community of Folly Field, there's tons to do within walking distance including tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, 2 miniature golf courses, and plenty of oceanfront eateries. Beach access is privatized with a keypad lock making the beach far less busy than other areas of the island.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Legendary Golf and Coastal Discovery Museum are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, snorkeling, and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
