The enormous kitchen has been gorgeously refreshed with a ton of counter space, updated appliances and a huge laundry area. The bar will seat three. The kitchen overlooks the huge living room and dining room. The dining room seat six plus has a fun bar area with seating for two. The living room features a huge screen intelligent TV, comfortable section couch and a couple of nice reading chairs. From the living room there is a sliding glass door leading to a sizable balcony with charming golf course and lagoon vistas.
The three bedrooms are in a separate side of the condo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared hall bath with a standing shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, slider to the balcony and a sizable private bath with double vanity, large soaker tub and a separate walk in shower.
