The vistas from this gorgeous three-bedroom three bath, second floor condo are the first thing you will notice when you walk through the doors. Overlooking a calming lagoon and golf course, this is the ideal place to spend your next golf hideaway or family vacation!
The huge kitchen has been gorgeously refreshed with a ton of counter space, updated appliances and a sizable laundry area. The bar will seat three. The kitchen overlooks the huge living room and dining room. The dining room seat six plus has a fun bar area with seating for two. The living room features a enormous screen intelligent TV, comfortable section couch and a couple of nice reading chairs. From the living room there is a sliding glass door leading to a huge balcony with charming golf course and lagoon vistas.
The three bedrooms are in a separate side of the condo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared hall bath with a standing shower.
