The roomy, two-bedroom interior has been furnished with guest comfort in mind. Vaulted ceilings and couch seating in the living room offer a breezy place to savor comfortable downtime while streaming some of your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen intelligent TV. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and plenty of counter space and cabinets. A pass-through window makes it painless to serve up dishes in the dining area with seating for four. A tidy breakfast bar offers seating for two.

Modern essentials include central AC, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The home also has a variety of kid-friendly amenities including a Pack-N-Play, booster seat for dining, and plastic dinner wear. Additionally, you'll be granted access to a shining, shared outdoor pool.

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and The Golf Courses of Palmetto Dunes. When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the best value, try shifting your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Often, management companies supply Hilton Head area visitor guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself.
