Throughout the condominium you'll notice multiple updates have been made to make this beach modern vacation rental very appealing! The kitchen is generously refreshed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coming completely-outfitted with all the accoutrements of home, cooking a meal for the family is made simple. The kitchen bar seats two guests for coffee or conversation.

The adjacent dining area table seats four guests comfortably. A full guest or visitor's bathroom is located just off the kitchen, dining and living areas and contains a walk-in shower.

Just beyond the kitchen and dining areas, the living room excels at bringing that beach modern style center stage. Details like comfortable yet beautiful furnishings, an HDTV and a enormous slider to your private balcony make this room a delight to relax in.

The primary bedroom consists of a king sized bed, HDTV and its own en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a sunken garden tub and a separate walk-in shower, the best of both worlds.
